If you are not satisfied with an ordered item, you can return it.
We ask that you return the item undamaged and with the original price tags. If damage occurs while inspecting the item, or if the original price tags are removed, we reserve the right to charge you directly for the depreciation caused. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Make sure to register your return in the digital return portal. Attach the return label to the package and then take it to the pickup point of your choice. You can also choose to receive a QR code, so you do not need to print the return label.
Campbell Menswear has a 14-day return period. As a consumer, you have 14 days from the receipt or pickup date to revoke the agreement. This means you have 14 days to return or hand over the items to us. You are on time if you return the items before the 14-day period expires.
At Campbell Menswear, we charge return costs depending on the carrier you choose. The return costs via DHL are €4.25 for the Netherlands, and €4.50 for Belgium and Germany. Via PostNL, the return costs are €6.95. You can register your return through our digital return portal, where you can also directly pay for the return label. Keep it safe until we have confirmed receipt of the package.
Would you like to return one item? You can do so free of charge! If you want to return more than one item, you will pay a small fee of €0.25 per additional item. Why do we do this? We want to encourage you to shop more consciously and selectively online.

You can, of course, choose your own carrier and return something on your own initiative. However, Campbell Menswear cannot be held responsible if your package is lost unexpectedly. In that case as well, the direct return costs are at your own expense.
We aim to process the refund within 5 working days and at the latest within 14 days. We may wait to refund until we have received the product back or until you have proven that you sent the product back, depending on which comes first.
If you have taken advantage of a special promotion, the discount on the item you return will be void. You cannot request a replacement discount for this item. The item you choose to keep will retain its discount if a discount has been applied.
