We are sorry to hear that your order didn't quite meet your expectations!

Make sure you register your return in the digital returns portal. Stick the return label on the package and then take it to your chosen parcel point. You can also choose to receive a QR code so you don't have to print a return label.

Campbell Menswear has a return period of 14 days. As a consumer, you have 14 days from the receipt or pickup date to revoke the agreement. This means that you have 14 days to return or hand over the items to us. You are on time if you return the items before the 14-day period has expired after receipt or revocation.

Would you like to return 1 item? Then you can return it without extra costs! If you want to return more than 1 item, you pay a small fee of €0.25 per additional item. Why do we do this? We want to encourage you to shop more consciously and selectively online.

Of course, you can also choose your own carrier and return something on your own initiative. In this case, however, Campbell Menswear cannot be held liable if your package is unexpectedly lost. Also in this case the direct costs for returning the goods are for your own account.

We strive to process refunds within 5 business days and no later than 14 days. We may wait until we have received the product back or until you have proven that you have returned the product, whichever comes first.

If you have used a special promotion, the discount on the item you are returning will be forfeited. You cannot request a replacement discount for this either. The article that you do keep, will keep its discount if the discount has been deducted.
