If you are returning an order, you may choose which carrier to contact for this purpose. Campbell Menswear works with DHL and PostNL, so these carriers are our preferred choice. We have been able to negotiate a reduced rate for our customers. In order to make use of this reduced rate, you must register the return shipment in the digital returns portal. You can pay the return costs via this portal. If you choose another delivery service, we unfortunately cannot reimburse the costs incurred.

However, Campbell Menswear cannot be held liable in this case if your package is unexpectedly lost. Also in that case, the direct costs of returning it are at your own expense.
